What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Browsing the site does not require you to provide any personal data. The hosting provider (Netlify) may process technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and delivery purposes; see Netlify's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google's servers; see Google's privacy policy.

When you contact me or book a call

• Email: if you email me, I receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. I use it only to respond and, where relevant, to prepare or deliver services.
• Calendly: booking a call happens on Calendly's platform, which collects your name, email, and any details you enter. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy notice.

Legal basis and retention

Data you send me is processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or based on my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, or longer where Portuguese tax and accounting law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@eduardofreira.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, cnpd.pt).
